The information and payment and delivery conditions for ordered products in our online store listed below represent a shortened text, all for the purpose of quicker and easier information finding on your part as a visitor and buyer of our website and store.

Purchasing through the online store is currently only possible in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices
The prices of our products on the website are expressed in the official currency of the European Union (euro – EUR). All payments will be made in euros (EUR).
The prices of our products on the website include all taxes and fees.
The expressed prices are subject to change, and any changes will be promptly recorded in the online store. VH is authorized to change product prices without prior notice.
Payment Methods
In our online store, you can make payments in the following ways:
- Via the internet (cards): with credit and debit cards Mastercard, Visa, Discover, one-time payment, and PayPal. For credit and debit card payments, we use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure online payment card acceptance. CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card information from the moment you enter it into the CorvusPay payment form.
- E-banking: we deliver products only after your payment is visible in our account. We do not deliver products solely based on confirmation of your payment.
DELIVERY
Delivery of products is possible within the European Union and is carried out to your address via a delivery service of our choice.
Our contractual partner for delivery is currently MBE Adriatic d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “MBE”). VH reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will result in more efficient delivery of the products.
VH pays special attention to adequate packaging of products for transport in order to prevent damage or reduction in value during transit.
Delivery is made on weekdays during business hours. The delivery time to the registered address within the Republic of Croatia is 5-7 working days. Exceptions may include islands and smaller locations where delivery is not made every day. For islands covered by our partner’s delivery service, the product will be delivered according to a special schedule – of which you will be specifically informed, while for all other islands not covered by our partner’s delivery service, products will be sent via Croatian Post.
For deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia, i.e., within the European Union, the delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. Exceptions may include islands and smaller or remote locations where delivery is not made every day. In the case of delivery to islands and smaller or more remote locations, the product will be delivered according to a special schedule – of which you will be specifically informed.
Delivery speed may vary from the usual, for example, during holidays, non-working days, during major sales events, and other situations where difficulties may arise during shipping and delivery.
