The information and payment and delivery conditions for ordered products in our online store listed below represent a shortened text, all for the purpose of quicker and easier information finding on your part as a visitor and buyer of our website and store.

Purchasing through the online store is currently only possible in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.

UNILATERAL TERMINATION
If you are a customer of our products through the website, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the product is delivered to you, or from the day you receive the product. You can exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase contract without giving any specific reason. The conditions for using the possibility of unilateral termination of the purchase contract are as follows:
- the product has not been used,
- the product is returned to VH in the same condition in which it was received from the customer, i.e., it is returned in its original packaging, along with the corresponding receipt and documentation.
If you wish to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase contract, you can do so by filling out the unilateral termination form and delivering it personally or by mail to the address of our headquarters – Vukovarska 88, Rijeka, Croatia, or by email to: info@oromo.eu.
If the conditions for unilateral termination of the purchase contract are met, VH will refund your money, including delivery costs (if they were charged), but excluding the costs of returning the product. The refund will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day VH receives the notice of unilateral termination of the purchase contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.
